~ add the beef strips to the onions, followed by the garlic paste, lemon pepper spice, and a little of the salt, I have also added at this stage a pinch of Tumeric Powder and Cumin Powder, and 1/4 teaspoon chillie powder or crushed chillie flakes. (Tumeric has anti-bacterial properties , here have a read on the following link Health Benefits of Tumeric, so why not right?!, this add-on is very optional). Allow to cook for 10 minutes, do not add any water/liquid.

~ now add in the sliced mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes followed by adding the fresh cream and Pepper sauce.

~ completely switch off the stove, and add in the green peppers; I have used multi-coloured peppers before and is just as good; the heat that’s still in the pot will allow the peppers to soften slightly.

~ Finally, all that’s left to do…is WOW your guests. Serve the Beef Stroganoff with buttered Noodles of choice, I’ve used Spaghetti this time, prepared as per pack instructions.

BON APPETIT!!!
