This Saucy Steak is one of my favourite and most versatile of recipes, Perfect as a light meal to be enjoyed with roti/naan flat breads or used in pitas, french loaves, naan, pies and pizzas as a filling.
As I update this post, I realise just how amazing this recipe really is. The original idea for this Saucy Steak recipe comes from my Better-Half, Imran, when a few years back, he played Masterchef, in my kitchen one evening, vowing to wow me with his hidden cooking talents?.
And wow me, he did?. I wish I had been able to find those old pics to show you, how incredibly he had plated my Pita/Shwarma, an almost ‘deconstructed version’ if I can call it that. Well, someday when he does whip that dish up again, I will surely share his talent with you my readers.
So here is how I have been preparing this very same steak, and made use of it in so many different ways
The Options to use this recipe is endless really. So why not give this recipe a try out the next time you want to “Wow” the taste buds off your family and friends.

NOTES BY FOODEVA MARSAY
* If the saucy steak is used as a filling, then add just half the amount of sauce mix to steak as mentioned above, and other half reserve for spreading/topping into rolls/pita/naan/french loaf.
* You can use any variety/brand of sauces you enjoy.
* Sliced mushrooms can also be used, And You can stir fry these with onions and peppers and simply top onto steak before finishing off.
