~ Bring to a gentle simmer, then a rolling boil. Brew for 5-6 minutes.
~ When done, Carefully strain Doodh Patti Chai into a Teapot/Cups.

~ This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.~ Using of cardamom is totally optional, as the doodh patti chai is perfect treat without a subtle spice flavouring added.~ You may opt to use any type of sweetener you prefer, amounts according to preferences. Generally, doodh patti chai is best enjoyed sweet.
