A step by Step guide to help you prepare Lasagne in the comfort of your kitchen. This is a basic guide with added filling options(shared from Foodeva Marsay Website), that I opt to use.

Instructions
Prepare your Meat filling (or a vegetarian option)
Prepare Extra White Sauce (with about 1 litre milk, for a large oven casserole)
Spray large casserole with non stick spray
Have your Store bought lasagne sheets ready, No Need to pre-boil them.
Begin Layering... Start with a spoon or 2 of white sauce, spread across casserole.
Layer the lasagne sheets across the casserole, on top of white sauce.
Now spread on your filling of choice
Drizzle on more white sauce
Follow by another layer of Lasagne sheets
Keep repeating steps, until you reach 3/4 way up casserole
Always end with a layer of White Sauce
At this stage, Keep the casserole in refrigerator for 30 minutes, then pre-heat oven to moderate.
Bake Lasagne for 30-40 minutes
Take care, It will bubble as it cooks through. (*tip, Add the casserole dish on top of a tray covered with foil, for easier cleaning if need be.*)
Top Lasagne with Grated cheese, either Cheddar/Gouda or Mozzarella.
When cheese is melted and golden in colour, Remove Lasagne from oven, and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes, before serving.
