Garlic and Chive Naan

It’s been almost a month since I have some new cookware, to work “properly” with my newly installed Induction Hob. And Boy am I pleased with the results of using the Le Creuset range of cookware. For this particular recipe, I used my Le Creuset Non-Stick Crepe Pan to toast the Naans and it worked like a charm.?

I have since used this Pan to make toasted sandwiches to perfection, lightly grill sliced cold meats. I have yet to make Pancakes on them, what they are actually for?, but it’s so versatile that it has many other uses as well. Well I think, making Indian styled Naans on a French Cookware , is an awesome combination with fantastic results?.

Herewith is the recipe, That has been shared by a very lovely friend, Zeenath from a group I have with such lovely ladies that share n care for each other, find us now on Facebook at Watalotwegot for more such Tried and Tested Recipes And much more ? Thank You Zeenie?.
This recipe I have made many a times, but tend to do a bit of experimenting each time. This time I opted to flavour with more Garlic and Chives, incorporated into the dough.
So here you go, hope you give it a try…
