An easy to make, an almost scone like roll, this No Yeast Dinner Roll , is a perfect option to serve along with your soup, or simply as a bread roll on a dinner table.
Now there is always some recipes that is a must have in every home, and this one is my quick ‘Go-To’ recipe whenever I’m pressed for time, but need some homemade dinner rolls on my table. It is so Easy you would want to whip up a batch everyday. I have shared these rolls on my snapchat account before, and almost completely forgotten I needed to have this recipe blogged. But better late than never hey…
Don’t be alarmed by the minimal ingredients, seems like lots of recipes these days can be made with a few simple ingredients. What makes this even better to try next, is the fact that no kitchen machines are needed at all to whip it up, you simply add all ingredients into a Bowl, and use either a balloon whisk or a wooden spoon, and you get a sticky dough that is placed into muffin cups, and baked..easy peasy
I Enjoy these with a soup, soft and moist, these Easy ‘No Yeast’ Dinner Rolls make slopping up the soup even more tastier. Oooh, and I also love serving this as a dipper, with Balsamic vinegar and a good quality flavoured olive oil, a perfect start to a meal.
